Covid-19 information, procedures and practices.

During this difficult time  and as we endeavour to open our park in the upcoming Months we have implemented a strategy to help us and our our customers to remain safe. 


All of our events will now be adhering to the following practices. 

All customers will be required to wear face coverings while walking through the park and it's facilities.

Hand sanitiser stations will be located throughout the park. You will find one at the entrance and you will be required to use these before entering the park.

All activities will be cleaned prior to opening. We will also be closing down activities one at a time throughout the day to enable our staff to perform cleaning on that activity. This should take no longer than 10 minutes however please expect delays on larger activities.


  • Masks for ages 11+ is mandatory, except when on the inflatables & eating/drinking. 

  • Bookings must be made online.

  • Waivers must be completed in advance. Please do not join the queue unless completed

  • All sessions will be running at a 50% capacity.

  • Anyone 6 and under must be accompanied on the inflatables by a full paying adult.

  • The inflatables will be sprayed with Virol-Oxy virus daily which is designed to kill any virus for up to 10 days.

  • The slides will be open, however all the balls have been removed from the ball pit

  • Payments must be contactless wherever possible.

  • Sanitizers are available round the sites which must be used by customers

  • All staff have received specialist Covid-19 cleanliness training, and we have increased our cleaning frequency throughout the park.

  • Customers will be required to put on their own wristbands. Do not enter if you feel unwell or exhibit any symptoms of Covid – 19.

  • When using our facility, you will be required to maintain social distancing
